How long will it take to create my website?
Answer: Providing we have all your information, photos etc. It will take approximately 7 days to create your website.

I do not have a domain name, can you organize this for me?
Answer: Yes, we can register your domain name on your behalf. Or we can point you to our preferred Domain Name Registrar.

Will I be able to edit my website?
Answer: We can build your website using the lastest CMS (Content Management System). This will allow you to easily edit your website online.For static websites, you will require a knowledge of HTML and be familiar with uploading your website via FTP.

What is Web Hosting and do I need it?
Answer: Think of Web Hosting as a rental space for your web site (similar to renting a room to store your goods). Web Hosting is required so that your website has somewhere to live. Your web hosting plan will also include, hard drive space to store your files and database, email eg: enquiry@mydomainname.com and Visitor Statistics for your website and much more. This can be accessed via your cPanel for your Web Hosting Account.

Answer: Your domain name can be registered as soon as payment is received, and the process is usually instant.

I already have a domain name, can this be used for my new website?
Answer: Yes, you can simply point the name servers to your new Web Hosting Account. We are happy to arrange this for you.

I already have a domain name and webhosting, can this be used for my new website?
Answer: Yes, although we prefer to work on our own servers, as they are setup specifically for all the software we use, we can still work with your existing Web Hosting if you prefer. If your existing Web Host does not have uptodate versions of php and MySql, we can organize Web Hosting on one of our servers. Our prices are very competitive.

What Payment Methods do you accept?
Answer: Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe Secure Servers, we prefer not to store Credit Card details on our server for your security.You do not have to have a Paypal Account to be able to pay by Credit Card.
We also accept Direct Deposit, for Australian Customers and International Bank Transfer for our International Customers.
